Book any one of these three facials with Adrienne and give yourself much deserved me time. Please note this is not a registered massage treatment.

Since starting as an RMT over five years ago, I decided to leave my position at a local gym and work full time as a massage therapist. Even though I no longer work at the gym, I’m still learning proper body mechanics by training with a personal trainer. This experience helped me grow as a strong and knowledgeable therapist. I focus on being the best therapist I can be, to help anyone that walks through the Massage Shoppe’s door.

I feel a strong connection to the athletic oriented modalities but I am firmly committed to continuing my education in all genres of therapy. As a therapist, it is crucial to help relieve a client’s pain and discomfort, it is equally important to help relieve their day to day stresses.

I am always looking for opportunities to support my community by volunteering at special events. This affords me the chance to explain my craft while giving something back. It also allows me to raise money for important causes.

Along with deep tissue, sports and relaxation massage, I also offer myofascial release, bamboo fusion, prenatal, indie head, facial stretch and many more to come. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me. I’m looking forward to seeing you soon.

I truly believe the body has an innate ability to heal itself - it just needs the right environment; with proper care, nutrition, exercise and sleep.

I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2007, dedicating my practice to helping others realize their optimal health. I’d rather help you “fix the problem” than “treat the symptom”. Often, the symptoms (usually pain) go away after correcting the issue.

There are many branches in the tree of Massage Therapy and I like to know as many of the as I can. I have done many courses that range from the very subtle energy work to more intense treatment of the body’s biomechanics, posture and joint function. All of those modalities have a place within your treatment.

I excel at listening to what your body is telling me and I will always work within your tolerance. I try never to force the body to do something it doesn’t want, rather I help guide it to it’s natural state.

Over my 20 years in practice as an RMT I’ve studied under many great teachers. My training in bodywork has guided my treatments into an intuitive therapeutic session. My treatments have moved beyond pushing deep to release deep tissue adhesions, to using your own body’s innate ability to heal itself, my hands are just the facilitators, your body already knows how to heal, it just needs a little guidance. RMT 2003, DAc 2009 (full 3 year diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine), CST 2013, Stott Pilates Mat Instructor 2013, FST 2016/17, Reiki Master 2017, MET 2017, CSWCD 2018, SER April 2019, Sound Therapy 2022
