Bruce has been a therapist for 23 years. Over this time he has developed his skills to better help clients to achieve a greater sense of everyday well being. Bruce’s treatments can include modalities of Deep Tissue, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Oseteopathic Manual Techniques (MET), Sports Therapy (Pre and Post event) or just help you take the edge of a particularly exhausting day. As an owner/operator he also takes great pride in three clinics (The Massage Shoppe, Ability Studio and Beyond Massage). During my 23 years of being an RMT, 10 years of being a RAc, and 2 years of being a Certified Stott pilates teacher I still feel there’s more to learn; I look forward to treating my clients and helping them through whatever brought them to my treatment table that day.

My training in CranioSacral therapy has helped many clients suffering from concussions and chronic depletion. Fascial stretch therapy has enabled clients to walk and move with less restrictions in their hips and lower back. Stott pilates is helping clients strengthen their core to reduce back pain and improve spinal mobility for a better quality of life; as well, many students are working at an athletic pace advancing their abilities on the reformer to improve sports performance, bone density, balance and co-ordination and achieve their fitness goals.

In 2026 I am so grateful to be a clinic owner of 17 years of two beautiful spaces in Kanata and Stittsville as well as our home practice in Almonte. I am enjoying all parts of my career, being an RMT, a Pilates Teacher and business owner.
