Rose is a certified Stott pilates reformer teacher. She has completed additional training in athletic conditioning on the reformer and stability chair, she is integrating the tower and fitness circle into her intermediate training sessions. Rose is a certified Stott pilates reformer teacher. She has completed additional training in athletic conditioning on the reformer and stability chair, she is integrating the tower and fitness circle into her intermediate training sessions. Rose began her pilates teacher training in 2013 with the Stott mat work training and also injuries and special populations. In 2024 she travelled to Oakville to complete her reformer training and became a certified instructor in December 2024. As a certified Stott reformer teacher and RMT, Rose's attention to form and execution of the exercises is the foundation of her training sessions. With private and semi-private sessions she can deliver personalized training sessions for your best outcome. Online booking this spring is available at $110 per hour (HST inc). If you end up with a training partner the fee is shared at $55 each.

This private booking for 2 people to enjoy 45 minutes of Stott reformer pilates, 45 minutes outside in our hydrotherapy zone and 45 minutes of side by side registered massage therapy.

Bruce Ford RMT

Bruce has been a therapist for 23 years. Over this time he has developed his skills to better help clients to achieve a greater sense of everyday well being. Bruce’s treatments can include modalities of Deep Tissue, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Oseteopathic Manual Techniques (MET), Sports Therapy (Pre and Post event) or just help you take the edge of a particularly exhausting day. As an owner/operator he also takes great pride in three clinics (The Massage Shoppe, Ability Studio and Beyond Massage). He has supported and been in numerous community and sporting events promoting massage therapy as a modality to further health care needs. Over my 23 years in practice as an RMT I’ve studied under many great teachers. It’s been a rewarding career so far, helping clients reach their wellness goals.

In 2026 I am so grateful to be a clinic owner of two beautiful spaces as well as our home practice. I am enjoying both being an RMT and a Pilates Teacher and am expanding my home practice hours to accommodate more pilates students in 2026.

RMT 2003, DAc 2009 (full 3 year diploma in Traditional Chinese Medicine), CST 2013, Stott Pilates Mat Instructor 2013, FST 2016/17, Reiki Master 2017, MET 2017, CSWCD 2018, SER April 2019, Sound Therapy 2022, Certified Stott Pilates Reformer Instructor 2024.2025 completed 3 workshops through Merrithew training on the stability chair, fitness circle and athletic conditioning on the reformer. 2026 completed 3 workshops through Merrithew training on the tower, jump board and athletic conditioning on the stability chair.
