We are open by request for the Scandinavian Experience from March - October. Online booking will be back in November 2025. We are offering "Me Time", a 90 Minute sauna rental, with your 1 hour massage March-October. Select "Me Time" in online booking.

Bruce Ford RMT

Bruce has been a therapist for 20 years. Over this time he has developed his skills to better help clients to achieve a greater sense of everyday well being. Bruce’s treatments can include modalities of Deep Tissue, Fascial Stretch Therapy, Oseteopathic Manual Techniques (MET), Sports Therapy (Pre and Post event) or just help you take the edge of a particularly exhausting day. As an owner/operator he also takes great pride in three clinics (The Massage Shoppe, Ability Studio and Beyond Massage).
